​Partnered on a global strategy sprint to help a financial leader articulate its ambition in technology—and lay the foundation for a brand narrative that could inspire teams, attract talent, and solidify its place as a true tech player.

 

Why We Did It

 

The client was evolving rapidly, investing heavily in engineering, AI, and digital infrastructure—but the brand perception hadn’t caught up. Our task was to help shift that narrative, positioning the company not just as a bank that uses tech, but as a place where meaningful tech is built.​

 

My Role

  • Led early synthesis of 40+ hours of global research

  • Connected audience insights to brand narrative and messaging

  • Supported the design and strategy of a senior stakeholder workshop
